*** SWITCH Switch for liquid flow detection + TRIAC TG35C60***

/*WARNING: All load connections to alternating current are DANGEROUS. Great caution and advice from an electrical or electronics technician experienced in high voltage load control devices is recommended*/

1. Detect flows of at least 0.5L ~ 1.0L/min, and allow flows up to 20L/min to pass.
2. Product designed without springs, but with the repulsion force of magnet: it is safe and reliable.
3. It can be applied to fast-heating electric water heater, which can realize water supply, cut off and turn off water. The energy saving effect is remarkable.
4. It can operate more than 10 million times, with long service life and reliability.
5. ATTENTION: DO NOT TRY TO CONTROL A MOTOR, PUMP, SOLENOID, BALLAST OR ANY INDUCTIVE LOAD DIRECTLY! -- If you need to control inductive or higher power loads, you must use a relay, contactor or TRIAC that supports the current. A direct connection can cause a spark that leaves the internal Reed-Switch \"stuck\" or can irreparably damage it. In any case, the product is sold WITHOUT WARRANTY and WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS if you damaged it by not following this warning. --- THANK YOU!

Operating principle:

The water flow switch is a very important component in the instant electric water heater. When the water inlet flows more than 0.75L/min, the circuit turns on and the electric water heater starts to heat up, when the water inlet stops, the water heater stops working.

The magnetic floating water flow switch controls the on/off of the reed switch through the magnet to realize non-contact passive work, which is safe and reliable.

Product Application:

Instantaneous Heating Type Electric Water Heater

Its structure and working principle is based on a magnetic ring in the piston. When it is working, the pressure of the water pushes the piston. When the internal magnetic ring of the piston is pushed towards the reed switch position, the reed switch closes its contact. These switches have stable performance and are widely used in various types of equipment.

Flow switch is used for water circulation control, water inlet and outlet control, water heating control, water pump switch control, solenoid valve on/off control or discharge and power supply , and water supply control for electric water heaters, solar water heaters, air conditioning and other water systems.

Both the inlet end and the outlet end are standard G1/2\" inch pipe threads.

Operating principle:

When the water flow in the pipeline is greater than 0.75L/min, the magnetic core generates a displacement under the action of the water flow, and drives the magnetic source to generate magnetic control to make the switching signal “1” of the output of the sensor, which enters the control system of the equipment.

Main technical parameters of the switch:
- Suitable room temperature >=1°C
- Suitable working temperature <=100 ° C
- Minimum starting flow rate <=0.75L / min
- Maximum flow >=25L / min
- Rated working pressure <=0.65Mpa
- The maximum shell pressure is >=1.5Mpa
- Signal output load 24VDC / 1A, 36VAC / 1A or 220VAC / 0.1A (Resistive)

Range and operating conditions:
(1) Ambient temperature greater than 0°C. Do not hit the case. Keep away from magnetic objects.
(2) The signal output is a switching quantity, so the connection mode of the control object must also be a switch control relationship.
(3) The power of the control object should not be greater than the signal carrying capacity.
